You may now print your 2025 license applications provided that your County (and Town, where applicable) tax files have been processed.

Senate Bill 1056 (Cigarette, Other Tobacco Products, and Electronic Smoking Devices - Revisions (Tobacco Retail Modernization Act of 2024)) has now been implemented in both eLicense Admin and eLicense Online web applications.

The cigarette and electronic smoking devices related license types should now be issued with the new license units and costs as listed below:

The new license costs of $300.00 for cigarette and electronic smoking devices related license types collected for a license are NO LONGER included in the 2nd RCS barcode on the license PDF, and now require "special allocation" by manually entering them as open items in the RCS.
